声優・相羽あいなさんにゆかりのある『北海道・大阪・東京』の3ヶ所で、お誕生日をお祝いする駅広告を掲載し、およそ1ヶ月かけて10月17日のお誕生日を盛り上げたい！というファンによる企画です。

B0サイズのポスターを各駅にて1枚ずつ、計3枚を掲載します。

・北海道内: 10月3日(火)～10月9日(月)

・大阪府内: 10月9日(月)～10月15日(日)

・東京都内: 10月16日(月)～10月22日(日)

※ 混雑を避けるための規約により、掲載場所などの追加詳細は『各駅の掲載初日・正午12時』にTwitter(X)の企画用アカウント(@kikakuyou_Ais)にて告知予定です。ご了承ください。

　デザイン　

鋭意製作中

※ イラストではなく、相羽さんご本人のお写真を用いたデザインです。写真の使用については声優事務所 響 様より許可を得ております。

※ サンプルはラフ案での段階となりますので、当日までに多少デザインの変更が生じる場合がございます。ご了承ください。

※ こちらは東京都内の駅に掲載するデザインのサンプルとなります。3ヵ所、それぞれにデザインが異なる広告を掲載予定です。

1口:1,000円 (1人あたりの口数上限なし)

※ 多くの方にご参加いただきたいと考えているため、目標金額に対し、1口の金額を低めに設定しております。ぜひお気軽にご参加ください。

※ 金額によるリターンの差はございませんが、複数口でのご支援も力になりますので歓迎しております。無理のない範囲でのご支援をお願いいたします。

※ 入金後の自己都合でのキャンセル、返金は不可となります。

※ 目標金額に満たなかった場合、不足費用は主催側にて補填いたします。

※ 目標金額をオーバーした際は、後日郵送するメッセージカードの装飾、梱包や簡単なプレゼントを贈る際の費用に充てさせていただきます。

　Project Outline　

This is a fund-raising project by fans to celebrate Aina Aiba's birthday using by advertisements at station in Hokkaido, Osaka, and Tokyo, where has a connection with her. 

This project would like to spend over a month to make upcoming her birthday exicited on October 17.

※ This project have been permitted by the voice actor agency “HiBiKi” and is being promoted with the cooperation of an advertising agency.

※ There is no guarantee to see this ad by herself.

　Detail of advertisement　

　One B0 size poster will be posted at each station, for a total of three.

【 Location / Time Period 】

　・In Hokkaido 10.3(Tue)～10.9(Mon)

　・In Osaka  10.9(Mon)～10.15(Sun)

　・In Tokyo  10.16(Mon)～10.22(Sun)

※ Please be advised that the more details will be announced by the project's Twitter (X) account (@kikakuyou_Ais) at 12:00 noon on the first day of display at each station to follow station's regulation for avoiding congestions.

　Advertisement Design　

Currently in production.

※ This advertisements will be made by using her photos which are approved by voice actor agency “HiBiKi” but not just an illustration but design.

※ The sample is a draft,the design may be slightly changed before the advertising day. Please understand.

※ This is a sample of the design that will be desplayed in Tokyo, We are planning to desplay different ad designs in the three locations.

　How to join this project　

If you would like to participate in this project, please be sure to check the following details.

【Participation fee】

1 unit : ￥1,000-(There is no limit on number of units per person.)

※ We hope that many fans could be participated, we have set a reasonable amount per unit at low target amount, please feel free to participate.

※ There is no difference in returns based on the amount of price, but multiple units of support are also welcome as it will help us. Again please participate within a reasonable range if you want.

【Participant's Name】 

At the end of the project, we will write your nick name (Twitter (X) /Discord username) on a letter and send it to the voice actor agency “HiBiKi”.

※ Regardless of the number of units, the names of participants will be listed in Japanese syllabary order.

※ Please note that the names of participants will not be included in the station ads. 

(We will include like a "From all of Ais" in the ad.)

※ This letter will be published on SNS, etc., but the names of participants will not be revealed.

【Application period】

Scheduled to Aug 22nd (Tue) to Oct 17th (Tue) 23:59

※ We might close the application early from original schedule once the target amount is reached.

・Posting fee (For 3 places) :￥173,800-

・Poster printing fee (Postages fee included) :￥12,190- (￥4,063- per post)

 ・Various system usage fees

・Message cards, miscellaneous expenses, etc.

※ If the target amount is not reached to target amount, the organizer will bear the remaining required amount.

※ If the target amount is exceeded from target amount, the organizer will manage that amount to cover the some of cost for packaging of message cards to be mailed at a later date and some of simple gift giving to her.

※ After the project is completed, we will report income and expenditures on SNS(@kikakuyou_Ais).
