お世話になっております。そらとも企画垢です。

この度は、本企画における収支が確定いたしましたので、そのご報告、

およびお詫びのご連絡となります。

この度の収支は上記画像の通りとなります。

今回の企画は募集期間が短かったにも関わらず、

主催側の予想を超える多くの方にご協力いただけました。誠にありがとうございます。

本企画にて作成した応援旗は、納期の関係でこれまでとは異なる業者に制作を依頼しました。

そのため予算が大きく変動し、当初想定していた以上に協賛費が余る形となりました。

発生した差額はスーパーチャットなどでときのそらちゃんに還元することを考えていましたが、

企画側で協議した結果、今回のみで精算するには残金が多すぎると判断いたしました。

つきまして、今回発生した差額は次回企画に持ち越しさせていただきたく考えております。

まだ詳細が出ていないためどのようになるかは不明ですが、予定では

次回のホロライブEXPOで何かしらの応援企画をできればと考えております。

We calculated the balance of payments, so we announce it and we have something to apologize.

This is the balance of payments of this project.

In spite of the short deadline, A lot of Soratomo more than we supposed participated to it.

We are glad to it. Thank you a lot.

We made a request to a flag maker which we had never requested because of the short deadline.So the cost to request the flag was changed from our thought, then we have the leftover money.

We would use it for Superchat to give back to Sora, but we decided that we cannot use up it in this project.

So we are going to use it in the next project.

We are going to plan the next project in Hololive 4th EXPO (there is not detail of it so the plan may change).
